About Sean Paul O’Bryan

An estate planning attorney with more than three decades of experience, Sean Paul O’Bryan has guided 7000 families through processes such as charitable planning, cabin and cottage trusts, probate, and probate avoidance. In addition to his legal practice, attorney Sean Paul O’Bryan has published hundreds of articles on topics related to estate planning and small business development.

A graduate of Central Michigan University, Mr. O’Bryan holds a bachelor of science in political science, as well as a law degree from Texas Tech University. Over the course of his career he has been an active member of his local community, serving as chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Elba Township and member of the board of trustees for the Chatfield School in Lapeer, Michigan, among other positions.

Since last year, Mr. O’Bryan has also owned and operated Think Street Media, LLC, a media agency he founded in order to help local businesses more effectively market their services. An experienced equestrian, he maintains membership in the Lapeer Mounted Posse and enjoys spending time on his family farm in Lapeer County, where he breeds and raises Rocky Mountain horses.
